Session Options & Packages

Many clients choose structured session plans because consistency often supports the best outcomes. That said, your healing plan is always individual — and we’ll work together to find what fits your body, schedule, and goals.

Session Pathways:

Comprehensive Recovery Plan — 60-Minute Sessions

Appropriate for clients with:

  • Multiple surgical areas
  • Significant swelling or fluid retention
  • Higher fibrosis risk
  • Desire for more comprehensive support

This option allows time for both localized post-op work and broader lymphatic support.

Focused Recovery Plan — 30-Minute Sessions

Ideal for clients who need targeted lymphatic support around a specific surgical area.

These sessions allow focused work while maintaining regular lymphatic stimulation during critical healing phases.

Single Sessions

Single sessions are available for clients who:

  • Are transitioning out of post-op care
  • Need occasional lymphatic support
  • Are unsure whether ongoing care is needed

However, single sessions are not ideal during early post-operative healing, when consistency matters most.

Packages are optional and are offered as a supportive resource — not a requirement. Your care plan is always guided by your surgery type, healing stage, and how your body responds.

Why a Recovery Plan is Recommended

Healing is cumulative. Each session builds on the previous one.

Recovery plans help:

  • Reduce post-operative swelling more efficiently
  • Support healthy tissue remodeling
  • Decrease the likelihood of persistent tenderness or fibrosis
  • Maintain momentum during early healing stages
  • Reduce gaps in care that can slow progress

While single sessions are available, structured care offers the most reliable results for post-operative recovery.
